WARMUPS FRIDAY JAN 11 @ 3:30 p.m. / COMPETITION BEGINS AT 4:30 p.m.
WARMUPS SATURDAY JAN 12 @ 8:00 a.m. /COMPETITION BEGINS AT 9:00 a.m.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Parents:
I have been able to get us a contract for a hotel for the Highland Invitational Meet. The team and parents will be staying at the same hotel. I have blocked out rooms for us at the Comfort Inn Downtown, located at 171 West 500 South. Rooms will be $59 plus tax for the night. I have blocked out 5 King rooms and 10 double queens. To book a room, you need to call 801-325-5300 and tell the agents that you need to make a reservation under the Sky View High School Block. You will need to give them your credit card information to hold and pay for the room. I will cancel any unused rooms by January 8th. This hotel has a full breakfast on Saturday, opening at 6 a.m. If you plan on eating early with the team, let me know as I will be giving the hotel a heads up on the time the team will need breakfast so they can plan to have enough food ready for a large number of people. We also have the conference room scheduled for the night before for dinner after the meet. They will have it set up for about 60 people.
